End-of-service gratuity computation and settlement for Odoo 19 Community, built on the EH HR Platform workflow engine with a tamper-evident, hash-chained audit trail. The payout is computed as (basic salary / 30) times gratuity days per year times years of service, with the days-per-year basis editable per record rather than hardcoded. Each gratuity moves through a configurable draft, computed, approved, paid lifecycle with per-step group permissions, auto-numbered references, and full chatter history. Covers end of service gratuity, EOSB, terminal benefits, final settlement, separation pay, HR payroll, employee offboarding, multi-company HR, and audited approval workflow.
